Our story
Vaanika started when our founders watched a small clinic in Mysuru miss dozens of patient calls every day. The staff were busy, the IVR only spoke English, and patients simply gave up.
“Vaanika” comes from vaani - the Sanskrit word for voice. Our goal is to give every business, big or small, a voice that's always available, always patient and always in the customer's language.
2024
Founded in New Delhi with a simple idea: every business should be able to talk to customers in their own language.
2025
Launched WhatsApp and web chat assistants. Crossed 500 customers in education and retail.
2026
Released our own speech models for 12 Indian languages and launched enterprise voice agents.
